Thanks for shopping at aw bespoke site. We’re here to help if you’re not happy with your goods and try every effort to resolve the goods which you’re not happy with.

All our items are bespoke. So please follow the chart.

Returns

You have 14 days to notify us by email if you’re unhappy with any goods.
To be eligible for a return your items ( jackets) cannot be worn. 
Other goods have to be in the same condition that they were received.

If your items are damaged in transit. Please take pictures and send us by email.
This will be dealt with in the next business day.

Refunds

In most cases once we receive your items we will inspect them.
We will notify you that we have received your returned item and of the status of your refund after inspection.

Shipping

For returns, you will be responsible for paying the shipping costs.
Shipping costs are non- refundable.
If you receive a refund, the cost of the shipping will be deducted from your refund.
